I performed this kitchen experiment and I ....?

Mixed 200 ml of water, 400ml of coca cola, 11 grams of yeast, and 100 grams of white flour....In less than ten hours I ended up with a brine paste on top a lot like cocoa, and a brine solution a very dark yellow.....Will the yeast eat the sugars and produce alcohol ? A fascinating thing was watching bubbles go to the bottom of the solution....Thanks all......
