What do you say when a girl asks "Do you play around?"?

It was random so it kind of got stuck in my mind for awhile and i felt puzzled about it. She is my clmate.we rarely talk. And out of nowhere she came up to me and asked "what sup?"; followed by a short pause and before i even answered her question with the usual boring anticipation, she barked out "do you play around?". Shockingly, she left me thinking; in fact, i was still trying to process what she said and what she might have meant. So now I am wondering what to tell her when i see her again. hopefully that's not the first thing she says again.
