It's gonna take time to get over this. He hurt you and you two need to sit down and have an open discussion about boundaries and let him know that while you appreciate his honesty he is over stepping boundaries when he flirts back with these women. It seems like he is trying to line up the next relationship. He either needs to be fully committed or get going. Good Luck.
