Black can be made into White....can't it?

One can make a very clever argument that Black is really White, but one can't make Black into White. There is a difference. When it comes to expert witnesses, it is true that each side can present carefully constructed cases for their arguments. In fact, that is how our legal systems work. It is then, however, up to the neutral listener to yze the information presented and decide on which side has the greater evidence.
