Help!!! Car accident with Deer?

I was driving last nite and a deer popped out on a snowy icey road. I hit the brakes from hitting the deer and hit a brick wall head on. I smashed up the front of my truck. Will I be issues a citation for this wreck? I tried not to hit the deer but he popped out so quickly, and with the snow and ice I wrecked.
