I am 21 years old and want to marry my long time japanese girlfriend.?

We are both attending the same college and currently living together. I will Finnish school and start working July 2011. She will Finnish school March 2011. What are the first steps I need to take in order for us to get married and apply for her green card or fianc� Visa.
