I got crohns disease?

Well i got crohns disease, been diagnosed with it for over a year and im in the Army. I couldn't deploy to afghanistan this past february and im pretty much sittin at a desk now. i call it limbo because i cant go to a line company and deploy so im workin at a desk in a dettachment waiting for something to happen to my status. i can barely p the PT test because everytime i make improvement i get sick again. i see an Air Force doctor who doesnt communicate well with the army PAs so i cant even get a permanent profile, only a temporary one everytime i get sick that says nondeployable. what should i do? i feel like the army should be doing more. oh and im takin methotrexate injections once a week.
