What stores should I shop on at Rodeo Drive with 10-30 K?

I am going to visit Beverly Hills in the summer with my two teenage daughters ages 15 and 17. One of the things I want to do is to shop at Rodeo Drive. I was thinking of originally taking 10,000 for spending money but I might increase that to 30,000. What I am thinking of is for each of us to pick out one store to shop at and purchase an outfit-more of a pant suit that a dress-or a skirt shirt combination, plus a pair of shoes, a belt, a hat and gloves to go with each outfit. I also plan to purchase handbags for each of us, a swimsuit, makeup. sungles and a fragrance. Then if we have money left over we will visit the other stores. I am leaning towards Gucci for my store since I already the Joy handbag collection. What stores are geared more for teenage girls? Is there one that is geared for a college student? If we have a fun time we will return next summer and visit three more stores.
