What were your symptoms for mitral valve prolapse?

I would depend on your degree of mitral valve prolapse but most people have a minor degree and have very few if any symptoms. If it is severe it could lead to heart failure which would cause you to have some of the symptoms you listed, but it would cause you to have the symptoms for a long period of time without things getting worse.
