What can I do to ensure action is taken against my apartment personell for unfair treatment!!!!?

first it starts with my rent being late...the first time they tried to walk in my apartment on the day my rent was late demanding payment..paid them everything that was owed. then this month same story, rent late again by 2 days...paid late fee's and severly questioned why my rent was jacked up 100$ for it being 2 days late..didn't make sense to me...the way they explain it, if my rent is ONE day late, the regular rent rate goes up 50$ and then the late fee is 50$ for the first day and 5$ a day after that...sounds outrageous to me...but then yesterday after only having my new car for less than 2 days they have my car towed!!!!!!!!! i was in a visitors spot, which is where i am suppose to park, but they gave a back dated letter to my nanny while i was at work stating that they are having a problem with parking and need everybody to get stickers and residents can't park in the visitiors parking...which by the way is right by my apartment, and i am suppose to park like a block away from my apartment..and I LIVE HERE!! and so the next morning i go get a parking sticker and less than an hr after that, they tow my car!!! in the mean time....there are 5 cargo trailers that belong to residents that are constantly parked where they aren't suppose to be and they wont touch them......how can they get away with treating me like this????? PLEASE HELP!!....i worked so hard to get a car and now i am in great danger of losing it because i cant pay the 250 tow bill that is growing by 60$ a day!! there has got to be something i can do....
