I need a gravy recipe!!!?

just make a roux with equal part of oil and flour. heat your oil (or er) over md. heat, whisk in your flour and let cook for one or two minutes. then whisk in your turkey broth. simmer until thickened. (two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of flour will thicken two cups of broth.)
