Will these tracks ever make it into the Sprint Cup?

I'm surprised that, out of all the tracks run, some famous and notorious tracks, like Laguna Seca and Road America aren't anywhere in the schedule. Are there any chances NASCAR could trade in a re-run of an oval course for one of those two? I mean, who wouldn't love to see drivers tested with the corkscrew...
