Why aren't my two new newts eating? Please help I'm a first time newt owener.?

Two of my two newts have not been eating and one just shed and i've been told that they may not eat after they shed. But i also just got them yesterday so could they also just be getting used to their new surroundings? I have been feeding them mealworms but they both love the water so should i try something else? and one is olive green, the aquatic stage, and one is orange and loves the water and i guess is going through the aquatic stage. So since they're both aquatic should i try stuff like bloodworms?These are my first newts so advice would be appreciated.
