Am i having panic attacks only 13?

i am literally scared to death of tornados! i have always had problems with thunderstorms but a few years ago a tornado went over my house.No major damage just needed a new rrof and a new window (next door neighbor needed new car). anyways now whenever theres even a thunder storm i get a little iratated and alot more attentive but when ever the sirens go off i get freezing cold but at the same time im burning up(kinda like a fever) i get really fidgity and start walking around the house continusely then go in bathroom and when its over im scared to come out of the bathroom! it is really affected me physically and socially because it causes me not to sleep if there thunderstorms at night and i will not make plans if i know theres gonna be storms! plz help me i almost feel like a freak :(
